Both breakfast and lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday and a breakfast on Sunday morning. Please email or call by June 30 and provide the number of brethren partaking of which five meals.
Note: There will not be a picnic this year.

Hotels: The brethren can stay at any hotel of their choice. If anyone would like a list of hotels in the area, we will be glad to send it.

Transportation: Rental cars are available at the airport; (You may also wish to rent a car with other brethren). Rainbow Limo service from Philadelphia Airport to the Exton Hotel 815 N Pottstown Pike, Exton, PA. Train to Paoli (call us to arrange pick time).

Rates and Reservations:
Room Rates: 2 Double beds: $135 + applicable tax; 1 King Basic: $125. + applicable tax.
Make reservations directly with the hotel by September 18, 2026. Mention you are attending the Bible Standard Ministries Convention for the special rate. Breakfast is included with the room rate. The Cincinnati class will provide a buffet lunch on Friday & Saturday.
